Dr. Bram is a graduate of the University of Arkansas
for Medical Sciences. His postgraduate training in Anesthesia was performed
at Hahnemann University Hospital where he sub-specialized in Cardiac Anesthesia.
Dr. Bram’s one-year pain management fellowship was performed at
Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia.
After completing his training, Dr. Bram than traveled to the Jersey Shore
and in 1993 founded the Pain Management Center at Monmouth Medical Center.
Dr. Bram developed both the acute and chronic portions of the pain service
while serving as section chief of the Pain Management Center.
In 1997, Dr. Bram joined Dr. Anil Sharma and they co-founded Pain Management
Associates, which is now known as Spine and Pain Medicine.
Dr. Bram is interested primarily in interventional pain management related
to pain of spinal origin. Dr. Bram, like his collogues, performs the vast
majority of his procedures under fluoroscopy or x-ray guidance. Dr. Bram
is currently the Vice-President of the New Jersey Chapter of the American
Society of Interventional Pain Practitioners. In 2002, he was listed as
a “Top Doc” in New Jersey Monthly magazine and in 2003; the
Castle Connolly Company listed him as a “Top Doc” in the New
York metropolitan area.
